Located at a comfortable elevation, 15 minutes from downtown Kona and 15 minutes from the Beach, you get the best of both worlds; cool breezes, temperate climates, and lots of sunshine.

There are four one-bedroom suites with private baths and living rooms that sleep 10+ people comfortably.  In addition, a 5th room with four twin beds is included for a total of 14 guests.

Ohi'a Kona Estates are located on three acres of gently sloped hills spotted with a wide variety of exotic plants and trees.  We have over an acre of lawn perfect for exercising, meditation or just going for a stroll.  

Relax on our lounge chairs on the lanai or have a bite to eat on our expansive patio. 

 There are four one-bedroom master suites, each with its own KING bed with plenty of linens and pillows AND full bathroom! Each bathroom is nicely appointed with toiletries, dual sinks with updated fixtures, and a multi-headed modern shower.  

The expansive decks have views of the ocean, Honokoa harbor, and downtown Kona.  Additionally, the property has several new firepits, charcoal and gas grills, and an outdoor griddle.  

The great room, remodeled in 2021, has updated cabinets and a new 75" QLED Television with 5:1 sound system.  The built-in Roku gives you Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and other streaming services.  Streaming devices are also installed in each suite and the game room.

The property comes equipped with Spectrum gigabit internet with Google WiFi Wireless mesh.  So, if you really need to video conference and work, you can do it confidently. 

The recent renovations include a whole house sound system, newly refinished cabinets, and a fully appointed kitchen with multiple ovens, great for meals and entertaining.  This communal space is fully air-conditioned and has doors that open up to the lanai, where you can catch the sunset.

Activities Onsite

Ohi'a Kona Estates offers a number of activities right on the property.  Among them are a game room with a pool table, ping-pong and darts, and a 7-person outdoor spa.
